They build houses with good looks of low quality. My house was build in 2014 new house, after 2.5 years leaks are everywhere, in leaving room from the shower, in master-bed from the window leak on the 4'th floor from the roof, many leak on outside wall trough the stucco it is just going crazy and In-town builder do not care after their warranty expires which will expire after one to two years. I will never buy house from them again!
