I deal ALOT with HOA management companies on lending approvals. The service that Unlimited Property Management and more specifically Nieves Ospina provided was hands down the best experiance I have had in the last decade. Very attentitive and quick to respond which is crucial. Very detailed as well and was beyond a pleasure to work with!

The actual worst compay to deal with. The staff has been rude and unresponsive for months. They messed up their accounting and try to blame residents. They have done this accross several associations and communities. Marco Osores will literally hang up the phone on you if you try to have a conversation. Avoid them at all costs, or prepare to have the most inefficient inept people in charge of your property. UPDATE: The response given is a lie. I did not owe money from a special assessment. I only owe money because of their accounting department. They failed to charge me even though I had autopay on. They were contacted about the issue and made me believe I had a balnce in favor. Then they realized they were mistaken and then tried to blame me for missing payments that were supposed to be

As an owner, I wanted to take a moment to commend the office and maintenance staff. The community looks good and everyone seems to be working very hard. It is easy to find issues and complain, but rarely are they commended for the work they do, so I wanted to thank Lizbeth, John, Santos and the maintenance staff for your commitment to Calusa, it is recognized and appreciated!
