I have never seen such poor communication at an apartment complex or business like this. I moved in on 4/1/23 to a premium 4 bedroom. The room key did not unlock my room, so I then had to wait 2 hours for maintenance to come and rekey the bedroom. When they opened the door the room had not been cleaned, there was water in the bathtub, still had the previous tenant's items, has paint and yellow stains on the carpet, and all of the windows were left open without screens. The apartment is on the ground floor. My roommates informed me that they could hear someone breaking into the room, I assume from the windows that were left wide open. Zach was very apologetic as his team did not inform him that I was moving in that day and he did get people out to clean same day and I thank him for that. I

Now that it is October, I am sure there are several students out there starting their search (especially Freshman) for housing for next year. Here is an honest review from a parent who moved her daughter into this apartment in August. First and foremost, this place RE-active and not Pro-active. These apartments are on absolute mess when you first move in. You WILL move into a dirty apartment with several things broken. This is what was discovered on move in day: Hole in the wall in the Kitchen Huge sag in the kitchen flooring The walls were freshly painted but there was paint all over the floor and couch. Dryer was jam packed with lint-mens underwear and socks were behind it. Bathroom ceiling was cracked and leaking water from the bathroom above. TV was shattered and no remote. Dishwasher

I was a cosignor for my nephews student housing and they sent me to collections when everything was fully paid. This is negatively affecting my credit. I never received a call or letter in the mail. Highly disappointed they chose this path when this is something that could have easily been resolved. I would not recommend renting here Editing for clarity: I’ve already reached out to the management specifically Jadel. He confirmed he never called or sent a letter and only copied me on a single email prior to sending to collections. My nephew dropped a check off for the final payment which they said maybe accounting lost it. After 12 months of paying full rent timely almost no effort was made to resolve whatever the disconnect was in a reasonable manner. I was in student housing for o

I’ve been living here for a year now and just renewed my lease because I really like this place, honestly, I feel pretty lucky to have found it. The management team is awesome. I’ve had a couple of issues come up, but they’ve always been quick to resolve them, and I really appreciate how patient and helpful they are. The maintenance team is incredible, any issue I’ve reported has been fixed literally the next morning. I’ve also been fortunate to have great roommates, which makes the experience even better. The facilities are well-maintained, and I really enjoy them, the pool has a great vibe, and the volleyball and fireplace area is one of my favorite spots. Overall, I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend this place!

I'm here to rewrite a review, since I try to be as honest as possible... When I moved in the apartment was a total mess, which was the fault of nobody other than the previous tenants and the old cleaning service. UV Charlotte has since changed a lot of the services that come here to keep the property nice. After 6 months of living at UV Charlotte, I gotta say they've been working hard to turn this place around. The front office is very kind, and I couldn't be happier with my room mate matching. The rent is exactly what you're paying for, so don't expect a ton of "extras." I'm leaving up the original pictures of what the place looked like at move in, but including new images of what this place CAN look like! I'd say this is a great first apartment, especially if you're moving from out of
