If you enjoy being woken up at midnight by people sprinting past your door, this is the place for you. It’s currently almost 12 AM(03/01/2026), and some resident (or guest) has run back and forth 5 times now.(literally RUNNING) I’m only here for a night and I’ve already lost count of how many times I’ve been jolted awake. Definitely NOT a place to live.

I was a resident of this apartment for a period of three years. Prior to vacating the unit, I provided written instructions regarding the mailing address for the return of my security deposit. It has now been over one year since I moved out, and I have not received my security deposit. I have contacted the property management multiple times regarding this matter, and each time I am given the same response—that the issue will be reported to the manager. Despite these assurances, no action has been taken and no resolution has been provided. The continued failure to return my security deposit, or to provide a valid explanation for the delay, is unreasonable and unacceptable. I am formally requesting immediate resolution of this matter. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will be forced

I’m really disappointed with this place simple things that should be taken care of never get done asked maintenance to fix a closet door 6 months ago still broke with glass on it, seems like management lets anybody live here crazy people down the hall yelling all hrs of the night couple across the hall smoking all the time fighting. Laundry room (simple) get a bigger trash can in there!! Trash all over all the time.in an emergency situation email cannot enter bldg without a key fab also you should be able to exit the laundry room within having to use a key fab that’s just ignorant, trash is left in hallways for days!!! Until they decide to come get it, no security on site, bathrooms by workout room always locked why?? Carpet in hallways smells and is dirty and price just keeps going up!!!!

This is a great place! The building is secure including a heavy duty gate to keep my vehicle protected. The lobby and common areas are very clean and the gym offers more than I expected. I can't think of any real issues at all. Even the vending machine in the lobby has 20 oz bottles for only $1.25 showing that management is not trying to rip anyone off. Speaking of management, the onsite manager Crystol Jackson is a pleasure to talk to and goes above and beyond to help in any way. I highly recommend University Studios.

I chose this apartment because the rent covers many thing. Depending on the location of your room, it can be very noisy (nearby the streets). The room is warm and bathroom is okay in term of hot water. But, overall it is not worthy! The treadmill in the gym is only display purpose. Never turn on. Never operated (Asked the issue in both email and office visit). The kitchen is tiny. One elevator sometimes does not work without a reason. Lucky that I live in near stairways. Not only this, the staff in the office does not reply back to my email. Before the contract is signed, the response is quick but after that, it seems no care! Poor management!
