Forgot to make the review yall definitely deserve. So here it goes: I rented from this location for only one year and moved out about 7ish months ago. When I first started renting from them, Kathe was very helpful in coming in after hours to help me into an apartment where I would've otherwise been sleeping in my car. That kindness I will never forget. However, that was one of three only good interactions I've had with this location, and this interaction was the only one that felt real and wholehearted. Moving in was made easy for the most part. Miscommunication happened when I was told I couldn't have my dog in the apartment. I had made it apparent prior I needed a pet friendly apartment. Okay... I had to have my friend take her for the duration of my rental because they simply didn't c

rude & disrespectful, no understanding or willing to work with you at all. cashed my check 4 days early from the day it was dated and caused my account to be over drafted & then proceeded to tell me it was my fault due to my not attaching a note to the check. like it’s that hard to read the date on the check? sorry i guess expecting common sense is too much for you guys! do not reccomend. i would, if they did not switch apartment managers, but these new ones suck.

Save your time and money! I rented from them for 2.5 years. The last year I rented from them the washing machine ate your quarters every other time you used it and one woman in the office was always condescending and rude when asking for a reimbursement. The last time it happened, they straight up said no. The neighbors in the long Island building were also hard to live around. There was garbage left in the hall on multiple occasions and a neighbor threatened to slash my tires. Also, when I first moved in, I had to literally beg for maintenance to call me the day before entering my home when I'm not there.

Very rude wouldn't even give me my holding fee back they can't keep that they kept telling me they would work with me until time I had the money they said no. Like it's winter out and am in my car and they said ain't there problem which it ain't but they said that I could move in so when I was ready they bo me that can't help. Definitely that Kathy girl there rude
