A great place to rent. Very nice and friendly people in the building. Nice outdoor pool. The front desk staff is wonderful and super helpful. Reserved free parking in the attached garage is so convenient. Perfect location in Mid-Town / Music Row area. Very close to Vanderbilt, restaurants, bars and live music venues.

When people move in here — they don't move out because it is almost impossible to find a better spot to live in Nashville. This is weird to say because of the location, but it is also super quiet to be in the middle of Midtown. The building is built so solid that there is no sound from your neighbors or the outside street. Simply put, if you're lucky enough to find a spot here...consider yourself fortunate.

Just a great place to live in a great neighborhood. 24 hour security outdoor pool in the summer and nice garage parking. It's a affordable gem in a dead hot midtown area. Walking distance to Vanderbilt campus making this place attractive to a lot of Vanderbilt resident doctors and researchers that makes a good mix of good neighbors. Highly recommend.

We lived here a few years back. While the building is old especially in comparison to it's neighboring ones. The other residents are mostly friendly and the front desk staff is really nice. Excellent location , you are able to walk pretty much anywhere. The in house facilities pool, exercise center etc are lacking but the lower rent and location help make up for that.

living here has been the best thing about nashville, the renovations are looking great and mae is a doll. the gym, although small, is decent, the washing machine room is affordable and functional, the pool is lovely in summer. my neighbors have all been very nice people and i have been happy here. :-)
