They take forever to fix things and since it doesn't effect them directly management takes their time fixing things. 6 Washers been down a week and still not fixed. I see why my rent so cheap. Not to mention neighbors doing fentanyl in the apartment next door until she passed out and had feelings of withdrawal. Poor management this place has truly fell from its grace. It used to be a nice place for a reasonable price now its a horrible place for a cheap price. You get what you pay for. Dodge these apartments if you can. This 2 months later and more stuff is broken and not fixed

New management and new maintenance are on top of things here. I've lived here 9 years. I'm happy to see that they seem to have improved on the quality of their staffing. Yesterday I spoke with the new manager about my oven not working. Today two gentlemen from maintenance installed a brand new oven for me. They were in and out quickly. Very competent. Very polite. I don't know all of their names yet, otherwise I would name them here, but they definitely seem to be doing a good job. Two thumbs up!👍👍

Put in a work order to get my heater fixed before we needed it this winter, a couple days later maintenance were in and out within 10 minutes to fix it. Newer staff here trying to make the property better 👌🏻

I want to say thank you to Maggie Brady and Tom for fixing what needed to be fix they are polite and pleasent in and out cleaned up after themselves I see that they are improving on the maintains and outside clean up I give they thumbs up for all they do Thanks guys I appreciate

Lived here 2 yrs plus and constant issues nothing ever fixed, drains always clogging up and constantly the toilets not flushing. Black mold from the old windows seals being bad. Cleaned the apartment thoroughly and better then when i came in and still got charged more than my deposit. Video proof. Constant car prowling, drug use in parking lot and tons of tweakers always tolling threw and people constantly coming around sleeping in there cars at night. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to even bother to live here unless you want a headache and or put your self at harm or health at risk from the horrible upkeep.
