Honestly the worst place i ever rented , My car got ruined twice in my own parking spot, called & emailed & the police and no one cares about something that happened in their own property! My neighbors constantly have illegal cars that take up the entire driveway and they told me to call the towing company, I did and it’s not even situated. I called the towing company and they told me they won’t tow anyone because only management can do that, but management closed at 5pm! They parked there at 8pm! How do i even get the management property to contact the towing company. What if i come home late from work at 1am they’re not even open to call the towing company. Not only that, my car bumper got TOTAL ruined and then the side of my car, all they did was sent out an email and that was it. No co

My husband and I have rented from university rentals for the last 4 years, and we just renewed our lease. They have been wonderful to work with. The place was spotless when we moved in, they come for regular inspections, and they are always immediately responsive when something needs to be repaired. I love working with Matt is awesome, he always communicates well and let us know if someone is coming to the property. I would. Definitely recommend them as a property manager.

Bad experience renting through University Rentals. Once we signed the lease, the friendly and helpful attitude from staff was gone. They charged a $500 redecorating fee plus a hefty security deposit. They deducted quite a few normal wear and tear items from our deposit at the end of the lease and we had to fight to get some of our deposit back. I would not recommend renting from this company. There are better companies in Gainesville who don’t do a cash grab at the end of the lease.

The worst move out experience with this Rentals. Stayed in Campus Edge Condominiums owned by this company. They removed all my stuff inside the apartment before the lease expired. I am not sure how someone can enter the apartment and remove all items before end of lease as we paid rent until last day of lease. When I went to pick up my items and return the keys there were already people doing the cleaning work which they are not supposed to do. It is my job to do it as we are still on lease. Now they are charging the fee against deposit money. As per the lease they are not supposed to remove any items until the last day of lease expired as long as rent is paid in full. On moving in they put all the old stuff like refrigerator and on moving out they charge for replacing new refrigerator. I

As a mom of 2 gators and 8 years of leasing in Gainesville, I have definitely learned a lot. I had to compliment Oxford Terrace as being the best of all the places in Gainesville. The location, the size of condos, parking and price was great. Our experience with the leasing office and maintenance was effortless. I highly recommend Oxford Terrace.
