They practice discrimination. They put you on a wait list, was told on 2/10/26, 3yrs. Then they tell you that HUD requires that they purge the wait list every 6 months. However; mgr., says they have the right purge any time they fell like it. Purging means that they will snail mail you a notice to respond within 10 days or you will be dropped from the list. I us a PO box, and can't afford the gas to check every 10 days. Plus many seniors do not drive. This is a hardship; which they know will cause many to be eliminated. This is my second application. They refuse to give an email alert. So, if you have a PO box, you will have to call them ever 10 days to make sure that you have not been sent a noticed or black listed. This is Elderly abuse!
