They need to redo the pavement as its cracking and horrible condition. They don't even offer recycling so everything you throwout is just considered garbage with no accountability for the environment

Pros: * Outside just got a facelift, so it looks pretty nice now. * Maintenance is usually pretty quick, although we've occasionally had to call and remind them about requests. * Although the parking lot has a few potholes, parking is plentiful and I've NEVER seen anyone get towed in the 3 years that I've lived here. * This place is very quiet. There are about 3 parties a year at most. * Rent is fairly low, although they've been raising it this year. Cons: * A few of the building have drainage problems. This means that whenever the sprinklers come on every day, they wash the dirt down into the sidewalk and into the parking. * Potholes in the parking lot are common and take 6+ months to get fixed. Our utilities averaged $200-$250, split among 4 people. Keep in mind that these are condos,

The place is very nice for the price. You MAY need to do some detail cleaning. Don't be surprised if you do. Most people are pretty nice and quiet. I found the realtor on craigslist(they are condos so they are owned by investors). There are 4 rooms and each has it's own bathroom. Laundry machines are present inside your floor. Mostly men and woman are separated by floor from what I've seen. Giving 4 stars due to the lack of our Homeowners association not cleaning things on the outside like mold and rusted through support beams. Overall it is great for the price.

Clean complex, lots of light, and plenty of parking. Nice amenities (basketball, volleyball, pool, and hot tub) and quiet. For serious students who want the basics like laundry in condo and on the A&M bus route for quick access to campus.

Great and clean place to stay. Close to campus and bus route. Pool and basketball court as well.
