University Place Apartments

This place is roach and rat infested. Don't move here. Dror is the owner, he has tenants paying for the exterminator and maintenance to your apartment. They NEVER hang closet doors, bathroom fixtures are missing The shower dripped the whole time despite calling them over and over. He gives a month to month lease after your original lease is up. Then he files FALSE EVICTOONS so he can keep your deposit. Which is TWO times the rent. Now they're not answering the phone. I know what I'm going to do. #ImCallingKen. But in the meantime, take this 1 star. I wish it could be ZERO stars

Currently a tenant right now and I wish i would have never moved here. I pay my rent on time and all I ask is for some peace and quiet when I come home from work my neighbors are loud and management refuses to address it. They are all rude people especially the manager they seemed nice at first but that quickly changed. I have been here since November and I am going to move soon just working with lawyer to see about how I can legally get my deodepo back. My heat and air hasn't worked properly since the day l moved in. These people caught my family when we were desperate for a place to live but the hell with that. The first chance we get we are out of here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's full of money hungry rude people that don't care about the tenants

Well I have to say that the rebiews on here are very helpful and I rate this 5 place stars based on the owner coming on google saying they have never heard of tenat by that name lol and then on top that when someo e complains they want to not try and fix the complaint they want to be argumentative about it and say "well the srrvice must have not been that bad" excuse me but most people don't habe the $$$$ to be moving like that espesially in the middle of a lease. I can tell just based on this customer service I would never want to rent an apartment by these people. Just reading this makes me so ill. Very nasty people that work that office i can tell.

Horrific is an understatement. Helped a friend move in and people were constantly outside their apartment blasting music, cussing, talking on the phone, hollering at each other, and smoking weed. Can’t sleep or hear the tv. I helped her move out months later and people still were doing the same thing! The place had a water spot on the ceiling, and the biggest roaches imaginable!! Truly a section 8/welfare joint with no background checks. Disgusting!

My daughter lives here. This is the 3rd incident she has had. We just came back from vacation her AC isn't working. She has called the office over 10 times within the last hour with no answer and was told by the maintenance man she has to wait until Monday. This is Florida and its 96 degrees outside. Do not move here.
