University Parkway Apartments

DONT GET YOUR MAIL DELIVERED HERE THEY LITERALLY CANT EVER GET IT RIGHT. I’ve had Amazon deliver packages to the wrong place the mail man puts our mail in the wrong box I’ve missed out on some packages that I can not return and get my money back it’s agitating. I’ve had to take packages to the office that weren’t mine. I feel like university parkway doesn’t do shit about it

I am pleased.Great place to live. Rent is reasonable with WSG paid, free in unit washer/dryer, free pool, and gym, it levels it out. Rent Clean and safe environment. Security at night and well lit parking lots. Well maintained grounds and maintenance requests are fast. Parking can be tough to find after 8 pm. Tenants range from PNWU students and middle-aged families. There is a no pet policy, yet there seem to be lots of dogs. I assume they are qualified as assistant/emotional pets. With the number of dogs, I assume the policy that qualifies service animals are relaxed. Update: I appreciate mgmt keeping rent affordable. These apartments have maintained a reasonable price compared to other properties around the city. Well worth the price for a unit that is well maintained and zero crime.

Beautiful apartment complex with lovely management! I lived here for 3 years and if I ever had an issue, they were at my unit within 24 hours to fix it. Also, the closets in the one-bedroom apartments are HUGE! That was probably my favorite part. So sad to be moving out.

The apartments are nice and very spacious for the rental price around this area. The pros: the staff are nice, rooms are spacious. It's walking distance to the medical school. The cons are: some residents are super loud, their cars are super loud, and some people do not park in their designated parking lots. They have a small gym for a lot of residents.

I lived here for a little over 2 years I loved the inside just wish there was more room the neighborhood was nice & safe. What I didn’t like is that the price goes up 100 each year. Also the neighbors on top were so loud we would tell the office about it they would let us know that they contacted them, yet they would still make noise stomping/talking loud. You can hear everything which was horrible we were able to hear the people down stairs moaning loud every day which was so annoying and disturbing you can hear up stairs & down stairs people snore that’s how thin the walls are. They need to upgrade and sound proof better.
