We’ve lived at 91 Sidney 4+ years and renewing for at least another year! (Thank you Lee for helping us find the perfect apartment!) The building is well maintained and whenever an issue arises Brian and his maintenance staff are prompt and efficient! Thank you we are very happy living here.

We lived in 91 Sidney for the spring and absolutely loved it. We had a 2bed 2bath and found it super reasonable given the incredible location (heart of Central Sq but set back in a quiet/peaceful area overlooking a park). We have lived all over Cambridge/Somerville before but 91 Sidney is our favorite. Some people may complain about the price but Boston housing is just damn expensive. We personally felt like it was an incredible value. While the building can feel a bit dated and has issues b/c of age (i.e., drafty windows), the amenities were great (gym, secure room for packages, large communal meeting spaces in the lobby area, beautiful outdoor space). Loved living here! The location is perfect, and University Park right out front is amazing for kids to play and for all the fun events they host. The office staff are super friendly and always so helpful—really made our time here feel special.

Love this place! They helped out with packages when I need it the most. The Assistant manager was very kind and sweet. Would highly recommend
