I been here on month now. I have a two bedroom apartment. The space isn’t bad. The biggest problem here is the fees. Ain’t no way a two bedroom should have a 90 dollar gas bill and two sewage bills and two water bills and two electric bills, plus all the other crazy fees they make you pay like pest control and trash pickup. I can throw my own trash away and I don’t want them handling my utilities because they are putting their own fees on them making extra money from you. Originally rent is 1,499. After fees. This month 1,750 but next month higher. This is ridiculous.
Customer service is awful. Been living here for a few months and for the price of the apartment it’s not worth it. They gave us 2 keys. One of the keys works, the other does not. I asked them respectfully to please provide me a new key for the mailbox since I was given the wrong one. They said they “can’t because the customer will have to pay” even though it was a mistake on their part. The logic makes absolutely no sense that I would have to cover the large fee of fixing the mailbox key when that’s their responsibility for screwing it up on day one. Also when we first moved in and had some inquiries, the front desk rarely answers their phone so you have to walk in to get answers. Also the washer sucks and shakes the whole apartment even if you have one towel in there. Old appliances, outd
This is a terrible apartment complex I lived there for 3 years and had multiple things wrong with my unit for years and never got anything fixed went with out AC multiple times with my children and there were no “maintenance men” that had HVAC experience so my unit had to wait for days with out AC. The girls in the front office Andrea and soli never knew anything about the property or anything about maintenance request. They are extremely rude and never helpful unless it’s to Tell you that a manager isn’t in the office. The property manager which changed about 3-4 times in those 3 years also never knew anything about the property and couldn’t solve anything. The are super helpful and nice when your applying and sign your lease but once your in they treat you like garbage. 10/10 don’t reco
Update: Things have gotten better here. Any service requests I have submitted have been addressed promptly. BUT for the last 6 weeks there has been a alarm going off every single day, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I have reported this twice and told "it is a corporate thing to authorize shutting it off". Really? How much longer must this go on? My bedroom window is directly across and when it is quiet you can hear through the window. Ironically, I cannot open the windows anyway because NONE of the windows have screens. I personally went into the office and asked them for screens, this was about 2 weeks ago. A few weeks ago I addressed the disabled parking space issue and the new manager immediately addressed the issue of people without disabled tags parking in the disabled spots. I
Don’t move here. It is not safe, reliable, clean, or worth your money. If you want a wildly unhelpful management to not replace your broken A/C in the heat of summer (yes it was over 90 degrees in the apartment) for OVER A WEEK despite constant complaints and maintenance requests, then move here. If you want trash scattered all over the complex despite paying for valet trash on the lease, then move here. If you want to be overcharged monthly for a ten month lease even though you signed a twelve month lease, then move here. If you want a "gated community" that has a broken gate that stays wide open anyway with literally one guy that just walks around the complex as “security”, then move here. The audacity they had to raise the rent was laughable. Worst living experience I've ever had.
