University Manor

This place has been home to me for about almost 4 years now. Management has always been nice to me and responded to and maintenance request quickly and fixed this issue with no problem, and I've never had a bug problem. There was some things that needed to be fixed but in the past few months the new manager has came threw and eliminated any complaints I could have had for my review today. I hope to continue my life here for a long time as long as this place continues to be such a beautiful safe place to live.

Bill, the property manager, is the reason we chose to apply to University Manor Apartments. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He makes the application process seamless and stress-free, and he handles maintenance requests promptly and efficiently to keep everything running smoothly. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about both current and prospective residents.

I've been living here for two years. Manor is quite good, especially when compared to other apartments. I've never heard of issues like cockroaches or mice here, unlike the apartment complex right next block which has a reputation for such problems. Maintenance requests are usually addressed within 2-3 days. Once, there was a leak on the floor, but I was impressed by how quickly they took care of it. The manager, Gina, is typically in the office during the week. One aspect I was dissatisfied with was the laundry facilities. However, they recently upgraded to new machines, and now you can conveniently pay using an app. The rent is a bit on the expensive side for a studio apartment, but it's worth noting that is in close to NorREC. I'm a former tenant of University Manor having lived there for just over 2 years. Gina Gutierrez became the new Property Manager during my time there. I feel she is/was a "breath of fresh air" as new management. Gina is a people-person. She listens and relates with tenants and makes them feel heard and understood. She does her best to take care of tenants' needs while still adhering to policies and procedures. She approaches her work from a place of honesty, empathy, and integrity. It was after Gina's arrival that some nice updates and renovations were made to the property, which I attribute to her dedication to her work. It was a pleasure living at the University Manor Studio apartments. The best part, was the very sweet, caring, & welcoming apartment manager, Ms. Gina Gutierrez. She really cared about me personally. On our first evening to arrive, she stayed late, past her working hours, to ensure we were able to get our keys in time, before the weekend. She was always so tentative, and always asking if there was anything we needed, or how we were doing! She definitely goes above and beyond, for her tenants! Ms. Gina was the best! As for the studio, It was quiet, clean, tenants kept to themselves, and the enclosed courtyard, grill and pool was a nice amenity! There was also on site laundry, that could be paid for by an app, or change, which was really convenient! The parking was also close. Thank you M
