University House TCU

I currently live here and I can say that living at University House at TCU has been an outstanding experience. The property feels extremely safe, which provides great peace of mind for both residents and families. Management is very responsive and consistently handles maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. The location is excellent with a very easy access to campus, which is a 5 minute walk. There are many nearby restaurants and stores which makes it a perfect location. Parking is reliable and convenient, it’s covered and safe, and there are always spots. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and well-kept, making it a comfortable place to live. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for housing near TCU.

This is my second year living at University House TCU and I’ve honestly loved it! The apartments are always clean and super well taken care of. Maintenance is quick and actually helpful when you need something fixed. The office staff is always nice and easy to talk to, which makes it feel like a really good community. The location is perfect too. It’s close enough to campus to walk but just far enough away that it still feels like your own space. The parking garage is a huge plus, especially when the weather’s bad. My roommate and I have created many memories in this space! It’s been such a good place to live and I’d definitely recommend it.

I loved living at University House TCU! The staff is always so welcoming and sweet, which made it feel like home from the start. The apartment complex is super clean, quiet, and well taken care of. They are also super fast and reliable with their maintenance service. The location is super convenient, and the amenities are a awesome bonus, I would recommend this place for anyone!! Love it here!

I’ve had an absolutely incredible experience living at University House! From day one, I’ve met a roommate for life and created countless great memories. The management is top-notch, always responsive and supportive, and the service is consistently fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home!

University House has been a pleasant place to live in the month I have been here. The maintenance staff is always nice and ready for a quick chat. They are efficient with fixing any problems that I have encountered (such as when my AC was out). Looking forward to seeing what else UH has ins tore this year!
