Great place to live, very peaceful and nice. Service was so friendly at the leasing office! They are always happy to lend a helping hand.

I love living here great people great atmosphere the kids know everybody and there’s pet dogs game nights are cool anybody looking for some place too live definitely check out UHILLS

Honestly it’s a really wonderful place! The staff are so friendly and very understanding. The apartment itself has a nice feel to it. The dog park is honestly so helpful and much needed. I honestly had no idea they had one when I moved in but my dog has become obsessed with going to the park. Honestly the best and most affordable student off campus housing.

Great place too live my kids do want too move they know everybody and love the fire pit and all the pets 3 years here no regrets

It's a great place to live for Utoledo students. It's just a 15-minute walk to the university buildings . But the prices are bit high.
