Just moved in and everything seems fine. Parking sucks but the apartments are clean and the owner seems friendly.

If it would let me put zero stars I would. The apartment was a mess when we moved in. My lease stated that it was a smoke free apartments but my neighbor smoked in hers and it flowed right into our apartment. I sent over 30 emails about it and he either ignored them or said he talked to her and she said she wasn't but yet her windows are all yellow and he never came to check. The heaters are so old that they never shut off, if they work at all. So when it's warm out the apartment is way to hot. The landlord is useless. He's a slum Lord and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And no you never tried to fix the issues and she didn't stop smoking, nor did you fix any of the issues. The apartment was left in the condition it was received. And I have emails of you telling me it was ready

I helped a new tenant move in. Clean,spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Big closets, galley kitchen, big bathroom. Parking stinks. First come,first serve. 7 apartments / 7 Parking spaces per block. If someone else parks in one of those spaces you have to park somewhere else and walk. It should be assigned parking.

Dont bother renting here if your black, owner is very prejudice. If i could give it 0 stars i would. And for the record. My family did not vacate over night there was a notice given requested by the owner and the reason for leaving was due to MOLD. Which to this date 10/2022 the current apartment still has. And my family were given the security deposit back. Do NOT rent from this out of town criminal. He will take your money first then not approve you for an apartment

awful landlord, told us we could begin a new lease in a 2 bedroom, then decided 30 minutes before we were going to sign the lease, just to tell us someone else is getting the apartment. screwing us over big time. seems like he is trying to just get our money for his mistakes. I DON’T RECOMMEND RENTING HERE
