The new staff do not do upkeep properly, they make a mess and make the community look worse. There were not one but two toilets on a single balcony for months. Not to mention the community looks bare and dead with all the people flying out as fast as possible. When I moved in I chose this place because there were no sticker patches like the other complexes but they are everywhere now as well as broken glass, and dog poop everywhere that just sits until it is white. Mushrooms grow everywhere unbothered for months. I even found a dead snake that had been there long enough to be showing bone. The rent keeps going up even though the facility’s values are dropping. These Apartments have gone downhill under the supervision of Alexis Morales. She punishes the tenants at her own whims by taking away amenities that are paid for by the tenants. For example, there was a time where they decided to close the laundromats early because people weren’t “behaving” and another time they decided to close the pool for most of the summer because of an incident where supposedly some kids trashed the place. They decided to punish all of the tenants for it. I believe they were just looking for an excuse to not have to up keep the pool because they never bothered to clean it when it was open. It was always filthy. They finally filled the pool with water and cleaned it up to make it look nice for potential tenants and to ask everyone for $300 more for rent. They still did

I have written three maintenance requests to have a ceiling leak fixed in my room and they keep giving me empty promises that they have a roofing team to come and fix it. Nothing. I went once to complain face to face and Alexis Morales told me the same thing, that they are waiting on the roofing team. This has been an ongoing issue since 07/22/2024. Today my ceiling collapsed over my bed while I was sitting in my room watching tv. I called the emergency line and Gary the maintenance guy told me there was nothing they could do until the roofing team fixed it and that it was my responsibility to clean the mess up. A few days ago I went to the office to report the air conditioning that I had a problem with, it was not cooling me, well they could not come that day to fix it, I took a few minutes and went back, the girl sitting in front I do not know her name, if I do not say the name, she treated me very badly, with bad manners, and it is not the first time she has done it, that she was very sorry that I was feeling hot, but that I was not the only person who had a problem and that the day was not over yet, that I had to wait for them to come, I wanted to say do not treat people badly, not everyone is like you, just be sociable
