University Gardens is one of the nice place to live. It's closer to the campus. The place is a bit old, it's perfect for those who love the classic style, spacious buildings, but with less features. The property has a few issues once in a while, like 6 months, but the maintenance requests are answered really fast. Repairs are usually done in a day or less compared to the other properties which take a bit of time. Those are one of the fastest I have ever seen. The crew is really friendly and good at their work. The best part is property manager Carolina, She is really supportive, flexible & awesome. Moving from one country to another she made moving a bit easier . The space is spacious & the maintenance crew stay on the property & are really friendly. They always greet with a smile every
The only good thing about the apartments is that they *used* to be affordable for being so near campus. Given the price, I didn't complain much about the multiple problems but seeing as though rent is increasing by 50%, new tenants should be informed of what they are getting into. When we moved in our AC didn't work- during the summer- and there is no emergency number for weekends, so if you have any issues on the weekend, good luck! Since living here I had multiple packages stolen, my tires stolen off my bike, and when I get home at night I'm greeted by homeless people hanging out in the "grilling" area (which was actually used as a storage for trashed appliances for half my time there). I also get to listen to the homeless people who sleep outside my window. These are both accessed throu
Oh, where do I even begin with University Garden Apartments? This place is an absolute disaster from top to bottom, and I genuinely can't believe I've wasted a year of my life living here. The pool, if you can even call it that, is a complete joke. It's so full of chlorine that your eyes start burning the second you get near it. It's clear that they've just dumped a ton of chemicals in there to avoid actually having to clean and maintain it. Speaking of maintenance, don’t even get me started. I’ve had a broken faucet in my bathroom for months, and despite multiple maintenance requests, nobody has shown up to fix it. It's like they just don't care about the state of their apartments or the well-being of their tenants. And now, the management. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional,
@ Park apartment now the price has increased to $1,000 for 1b1b for park apt. The maintenance team is terrible. My 🚿 issue has not been solved for 3 weeks👎. The laundry room will be closed from 8pm to 8am the next day. That sucks👎. I usually do the laundry at night Actually I don't understand why they do that. If the indigent will get into the room, why not use a normally closed door and hand out keys to all residents. I told them but nothing happens. The laundry facilities in the laundry room often break down since 2022. usually, it takes about one week or even longer time, I remembered it was 3 weeks one time 👎, for repairing. I think the current ones are too old to use. They should buy some new ones. therefore, 🫵🖕🖕🖕
just save yourself some trouble and live somewhere else. the place is dirty the moment I moved in and no way in hell I could get the floor clean, which means I won't be getting my deposit back because they'll just say I left the apartment dirty. there is leakage everywhere and stains on the wall and ceiling. i got the "remodeled unit" but it's not better than a motel room. you can't do laundry, which I have to paid for everytime, after 8pm which is obnoxious. i understand there are problems with homeless people sleeping inside the laundry room sometimes, but do better then?? how about locking the gates at night??
