The apartments are pretty neat and decent.. the maintenance takes a little while sometimes. But everything else looks pretty decent. We have kamus corner and subway at walkable distance.

My friends live there. Best place to live near Lamar University for students. Need to register before months !!

Safe place and reasonable rent. Good for international students.
