Avoid living near #120 if possible. *they have caused health problems on me (I even went to ER) because they are constantly giggling and playing radios from 11 pm to 8 am even after the conversation with the manager. Impossible to communicate. Old couples will frequently giggle, scream, and talk loudly even after 2 am to disrupt your sleep.
Nice place conveniently located near UA. Well maintained with responsive management. Brandon, the on-site manager lives on the property and is extremely approachable.
I cannot imagine or foresee any moving experience that will be better for me in the future than this has been for me right now. That said, congratulations to Brandon and University Arms Apts. for helping me to go forward with dignity and respect.
Google Maps has the wrong street address for this place. 1515 E 9th St is across 9th Street from these apartments.
Great location especially if go to the U of A or work downtown, awesome owner
