I have been a resident here for four years and have consistently been patient and cooperative despite multiple ongoing issues within my apartment. I feel it is important to formally document the concerns I have experienced, as well as the lack of resolution surrounding them. Over the course of my tenancy, I have dealt with the following issues: My refrigerator stopped working and was replaced with another unit that was also nonfunctional, requiring a third replacement. A mold issue affecting the master bedroom, living room, and guest bedroom. Fly infestations occurring twice through the air vents. Lasted almost 30 (days) Repeated HVAC issues, including my air conditioning not working during the summer months where temperatures inside my home exceeded 90 degrees and the heat wasn't work

So far I have enjoyed living out there . The property manager , Ms Singleton has been so helpful with everything . I moved my mom out there 1st , followed by myself then my sister . Where we live , it’s quiet and the neighbors are nice . The rent , you can’t beat that ! Where I moved from , I was paying 2400 for a 3 bedroom and the 2 bedroom that I have now is way bigger for almost half the price . I recommend ❤️

Don't move out here.The people up front in the office especially, david do not know what they are doing. They have a bug problem out here, maintenance does not know how to fix a single solitary thing, and they do not listen when you tell them that something is broken and you have to split your water with everybody in the building, and it's never right. You pay for security, but security does nothing but drive through the parking lot at random times and they only do it once you have complained about there being fighting, shooting, and loud noise at night. Don't move out here seriously. Read the reviews and really do not move out here. I think i've called the police out here 5 or 6 times and i've been here a year and a half. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Slum lord warning!! Maintenance will not fix any problems or even take care of mold. Utility closet would constantly flood the kitchen causing black mold to form. Maintenance flat out refused to fix this issue. Complex has multiple coin operated laundry room, they don't deduct the water usage before billing the tenants. Update to response. If it was true, that you take these concerns seriously, then explain why you never fixed the flooding and mold issues. As well as charge the tenants for the water used in the laundry rooms?

Lived in various unit for 6 years. Office staff is personable, polite, and professional. Maintenance/community management is a nightmare. The actual repair people I've interacted with have been great, but whatever system they use and the people directing them are horrific. I've had my unit flood with inches of black water without them picking up the phone, ultimately only responding when the office staff intervened. Sparking and dangerous, if not also straight against-code electrical wiring in all 3 units I've lived in. Recently it took multiple tickets and calls over 3 weeks to get them to SCHEDULE an AC repair, despite it being labeled by their lease as "emergency repairs". For that reason alone, I'd sincerely recommend looking somewhere else.
