Always look at the apartment unit before you get a pig in a poke..my unit was a shambles use Care...🤔 the unit is underneath the office and part of another unit upstairs and the toilet 🚽 🪠 had to be plunged 80% of the time 😞 or the lateral sewer line would not clear when I got home and otherwise over flowed on the bathroom floor so I discovered that the lateral line was incorrectly designed and did have enough flush water from all the other units except, sometime in the past when, they wanted to save water 💦 in the water closet the lowered the petcock float so about a gallon didn't fill up and with combined effect of toilets not designed as water savers there wasn't enough kinetic hydronic energy to move the flushed stuff all the way to the city sewer line.ps My health is much worse now an
