I purchased a new construction from them on 11/4/25 and it’s been a complete nightmare. Currently, there’s water coming up through both bedroom floors and a water leaking in one. The heat, and hot water weren’t working properly at one point. Everyone lies and tells you everything is fine. Terrible sewage smell because they didn’t put in drain traps. They installed a rigged sump pump. All of the floors were installed wrong. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. No one takes responsibility. They have no concern or care for what they did to me or my family with taking our money and selling us this disaster of a home.
