Unity at Glendale

I never received any follow-up after my visit. Also, during my tour the leasing agent spent most of the time gossiping about other staff members instead of providing helpful information about the property. It made the experience feel unprofessional and disappointing.

If I could give 0 stars I would . The apartment complex appearance are amazing and I would’ve loved to live there . what pushed me back was management . They slack it and say they will get back to you and never do Tanya on the other hand was the only one who was helpful and would respond back regardless if it was through email or a phone call . (I wish she would’ve been manager ) instead . I know they might get busy but atleast answer the 6 emails I sent If I were to get approved I wouldn’t take it and would rather Sign a lease somewhere else . Just wasted my time and money .

Office staff amazing! Ms Tanya followed up with me after applying and Ms Charlese the apartment director finished up my process and got me approved and moved in greeted me upon arrival and very nice. Thanks again Ms Charlese.. Brand new everything. Complex is so nice. Thank you ladies very much!!

These apartments are very spacious, I love the lighting the cabinet space & the office staff are wonderful & very polite. I love the comfort of my unit thank you Unity @ Glendale team you’ll are awesome😊

The apartments are well-designed; featuring updated finishes such as lighting, fixtures, flooring, and layout. My favorite is the island kitchen and open design concept along with the patio/balcony which I find to be really appealing for enjoying the lovely fall weather and to house all my plants. Asides from the property itself, I find the property manager to be the icing on the cake. I have never had any issues and it's all thanks to Charlese! Thank you!!
