On Friday, 10/20/23 I applied to an apartment for 4116 Hamilton Ave #3 in person with a money order. The landlord Jim stated he’d get back with me at the end of the day, which he didn’t. I called Monday morning and got a very unprofessional response telling me that I was denied. I asked for the credentials/requirements need to rent the apartment and he could not outline the minimum credit score needed or salary per year. he said they don’t go by that, and explained only that I had negative marks on my credit. I don’t have any evictions and have a good rental history. They don’t even accept applications online, only in person on PAPER with a money order. Which is ridiculous asking for my bank account number. Risky if someone finds the paper that has all my information on it!! I feel that th
