My family and I work with a local food pantry. We've gotten to know several families from a neighborhood managed by United Realty. I've asked the residents their opinion of the Property Manager. They assure me they are treated fairly and with kindness. Yesterday, I saw evidence of this. My friend and her husband had just returned home with their newborn. I noticed that tree limbs close to their trailer had been trimmed and carried away. The proud new father told me that the Property Manager handled this. That warmed our hearts.

I was a resident of theirs for a little over 2 years and I give it a 1 star cuz for the 2 years I lived in their apartment before it was sold, I complained about my loud, messy, unruly neighbors, that spray painted the building, my dumpster and nothing was done. I called the police to report the noise disturbance and fighting at late night hours, somebody breaking in and squatting in the empty apartment and nothing was done. I'm happy the property was sold to new owners who actually care about the good tenants and let me reside in my apartment as the others were evicted. I've since been able to get myself off the anxiety medications I was on for years during the time I've lived here.

I have been a resident of United Realty at the location off Longmire in College Station. I have been here for a month and have become extremely disappointed. My neighbors have had a few men consistently come out and mow the lawn, it’s been two weeks and we have yet for ours to be mowed. There is a streak showing the height difference of the grass. As well, I had a complaint because trash has been left by the dumpster for a over a week now! It’s almost like someone dumped the trash from a bag and dumped it in front of the dumpster. I contacted United Realty and their response was that - it is shared by the partner fourplex and therefore, it would be my responsibility to contact the other duplexes management so that they could speak with their tenants. It’s only been a month and I am fearful

$100/month look at Gateway Villas' (Property managed by UNITED RICO) review on google to see what $100/month gets you. update: 3/20/18 Stuff still broken. Dumpsters leaking trash. Placative responses from United. AVOID!!!! Update: 7/9/18 Ask for them to replace the corroded dumpsters around the property AKA all dumpsters in their property managment district that have holes in them. ONE got replaced. The one closest to me. All other dumpster are still leaking trash. FYI this property "management" company will do the BARE minimum and that is after you complain.

The manager - claim to be the highest boss of united reality (TS) did not fix their bad fences job. The worker trespassed my property damaged my garden and put a giant pill on my property. After asking to take care of it showed ignorance! After asking to escalate the matter he said he is the main boss and hung up on me - What a boss to learn from !! Edited 01/24/2025 The boss did hung up on me that’s why I called back and got his name, here is another proof of him providing misleading information. The people did enter my property and snooping around, even peeking through the fence from my property it was scary - I have over 12 photos.
