Awful experience with one of this company's agents. First they pressured and tried to intimidate me into signing a dual agency agreement where they would represent both buyer and seller. Legal in Oregon but NOT advisable per legal advice AND per the Oregon professional realtor organization's website for everyone to read. Then when they apparently thought I was asking too many questions about the listing, I got yelled at full volume accusing me of "not serious about buying anything" and being a "looky lou" and a "tire kicker" and how I'd "better get serious about securing housing or you'll end up on the street just like the homeless tent campers in Eugene." Then pulled a couple of other financially related shenanigans that may or may not be legal but IMO are in the least unethical.Backed aw
