I lived at Inverrary 441 Apartments and dealt with serious mold issues that were only painted and bleached over, not properly fixed. Over time, my son got acute bronchitis and we both became sick, forcing me to end my lease early. I’ve tried reaching out about my deposit and fees but only got a response from Legal saying I still owe termination fees. Really United ? So a law abiding citizen that has ccw and is protected by state and federal law that I ain’t carry nor have firearms in my apartment it’s already dangerous environment with cars being broken and stolen ( mines being included ) and shooting sometimes resulting in death recurring every so often and want me to not to protect myself !!!???? That’s crazy I know for a fact the security you hire for your properties ain’t jumping in front of no bullet for me . So tell me this if yall maintenance work come in and I so happen to leave my fire arm out that means I’m immediately evicted that’s not right and you know that won’t hold up in Court

I had an extremely disappointing experience with United Management. Despite leaving the residence in excellent condition with no interior damage, they withheld my full deposit of $4,392 without providing a valid explanation. This behavior feels dishonest and unprofessional. Alexandria, the representative I dealt with, was unhelpful and appeared to lack a clear understanding of the situation. Her communication only added to the frustration. There are many property management companies out there that operate with far more transparency and integrity. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious and consider alternative options. I will not be doing business with this company again.

The managing staff at United Property Management has extremely poor communication, time management, and severe lack of efficiency. Combined with their poor customer service, it’s makes it really frustrating when trying to work with them on important issues. Our car was stolen from Royalton on the Green on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 and none of the staff has expressed any urgency or empathy towards helping one of their residents of almost 4 years. We’re good people, take care of our apartment and have never paid our rent late.
