My experience at Smithcreek Apartments was deeply painful. I lived there for five years and ultimately had to leave in 2022—not by choice, but to protect my peace and my children. The property manager, Sarah Harris, created a hostile, racially charged environment that made me feel unsafe in my own home. When owners put people like that in power, they allow harm to happen. I hope they take accountability and ensure no other family has to experience what mine did.

Office staff violated my privacy. Staff place 2 notes inside of my mailbox without proper postage. That is a federal offense tampering with mailboxes. The notes should have been placed on my door, or mailed properly.

This is a smoking and pet infested apartment complex You cannot live here with Asthma or severe breathing issues or a vocal cord dysfunction. They will lie to you to get you to move in to a previous smoker's apartment, Put a ozone machine in it. Then take off. You never see them again They don't call that is Management... They play email tag.That is .No guidelines are followed. If you have certain disabilities Beware............ Or your breathing will be cut off by a bunch of smokers and the smoked in apartment they rent out They need to call a restoration company to get the smell out of the HVAC And completely turn an apartment. Rachel is so disrespectful and has the nastiest attitude. To be in the management status quo she definitely doesn't know how to manage or take care of tenant needs as she should. I think it's highly unfair to require tenants rent but neglect them when thy have a need. And don't have a work order.you are almost begging to have anything fixed when it comes to a maintenance guy,considering they have one or two operating about 30 properties. I could write a book of I keep going....Disappointed is not even the word

This company site manager had my sons car towed and said it was because the tags didn’t match the car then she said the tags were stolen both of the stories was untrue I had to pay 250.00 for towing for a car that wasn’t supposed to be towed. She called her supervisor who didn’t help at all and refused to speak with me. I called the united property number and they won’t even take calls. They want your rent money on time but refuse to correct their mistakes and it’s wrong. I’m a single mother I shouldn’t have had to pay for a car towed at the negligence of the rental property
