If I could give a 0 I would. They do nothing for our community but constantly raise the HOA fees. It is now 2024, and things haven’t gotten any better! Our fees have been raised so many times, even though they don’t do anything. They allow the property to get like this, but constantly sending us violations. We were told years ago in a meeting when I was on the board they would give us additional parking, which was a lie that never happened. We have literally 3 parking spots for almost 20 townhomes. They just take our money, and give us nothing is return but bills, and violations. I would not recommend buying property if they are the HOA that oversees it. Was told the money was to clean the streets, never seen anybody come out here to clean any streets, even when it snows.

I’m writing this to everyone who sees this post please do not buy an apartment. Here is the worst thing you could ever have for 650 is not worth it. worst manager she in the phone pls everyone avoid this place

Absolutely sad..been calling two days...no response...first home I had i experience the same thing...but you all quick to take our dues...definitely needs better customer service

Update: UPA's response below encourages me to reach out to them so they can "address my concerns." Well, I went in person twice this month and both times the front desk representative told me that my community manager was unable to speak with me. I left my contact info with reception and im still awaiting a call back. So, UPA: your words mean nothing because there is zero action behind them and zero accountability on your part.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could leave negative five stars, I would. The current property manager, Paula, has completely failed to fulfill her responsibilities. • Streetlights have been out since October 2024, creating a major safety hazard that has yet to be addressed. • Trash pickup is completely inconsistent—some days they show up, other days they don’t. • Lawn care is inadequate, barely meeting the minimum standard of maintenance. • Communication is nonexistent, and issues raised by residents are blatantly ignored. • Unethical practices continue unchecked, affecting multiple residents. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you’re considering working with them, run in the other direction.
