My husband and I recently bought a home in Savannah. We were so fornutate to be connected with Robert Hicks. Our decision to view a home was last minute as we were traveling across the country but Robert was happy to show the property the next day. Robert was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, prompt and most importantly, fun to work with. Our personal situation got a little sticky through the closing process and Mr. Hicks was with us through every step. Samantha was the sellers agent on a piece of land i was buying and she was great and very helpful thru out the whole process. I recommend her and this agency.

If and when we buy our new home in the Savannah area. We will use Roberts facility, no questions asked. Talking about friendly and helpful. This is the place. After working with Robert, then Ronnell for one afternoon. It's like we've known them our entire lives. We called them at the last minute to look at a home. They went above and beyond to show us the homes we wanted to look at. When we found the home were interested in. There was "zero" pressure to make an offer. They gave us some advice but didn't pressure us. Bottom line, you won't find a better Realtor in the area to work with. Highly Recommend!!!

If I could give them minus stars I would. We lost the opportunity to acquire a property in Savannah. Our agent Mr. Fred Webb not only failed to deposit our earnest check and list the property as pending, but outright lied to us about communicating multiple times for us to the seller. Maybe the fact that we are Hispanic and have black adopted children played a part......we'll let our lawyer decide....buyer beware!!!!!!

Robert Hicks/Owner helped & made things as easy as possible for us 18 years ago when we moved from Florida to Tennessee. We told him what we were looking for and that is what he showed us. Truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
