UnionMain Homes Park Trails

Quality isn’t all that great. The warranty side of it is terrible, they will tell you they’re going to fix issues ignore your calls and never come. If I could redo this process I’d choose a different builder.

Robert and Janice were great throughout the buying process. The independent home inspector had only a few minor exceptions and stated that the home was one of the best built homes that he had inspected. We have been in the home for 3 months and all is well. There were several warranty items submitted and Robert quickly resolved those items. The cons are that even though UnionMain demonstrated excellent construction, in our opinion, they used in many cases sub par materials (e.g. door hardware and locks; appliances and kitchen cabinets). Honestly we looked at several builders and the industry appears to fall in this same trap. However we feel that other builders “violated” this material issue far more than Unionmain. My experience with UnionMain homes is nothing short of disappointing. I waited to write this review so that I could give an overview but got to typing and realized I had a short story (its too long to post). . Plus I didn’t want to be mad writing, at this point I’m defeated and ready for it to be over. I'll upload my story later. . . Bottom line- I was lied to, whether intentional or not, it was not handled well. This caused me wasted time, extra money and anxiety. In the end I didn't get what I want and felt strong-armed into the situation which left a bad taste in mouth. I think they are trying to turn things around by bringing in a new team- who seems nice. But based on my experience thus far, I can not recommend this builder. It’s a shame that this couldn’t have been handled better.

I have stove problem! On wednesday I called department in charge of that they don’t have anyone available until monday seriously they do that before I have warranty they not going to make money out of it they don’t care that i have kids you can do better than that once you close you are done they will treat you differently.

I am very disappointed with Union Main Homes. The sales representative was replaced in the middle of the building process, poor quality home, poor communication between design team and sales person, a neighborhood park was advertised that was never built, HOA fees keep increasing and the HOA representative never replies to emails. I will not be purchasing a Union Main Home in the future.
