Union West

Living at Union West has been an incredible experience! The building itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the people who run it. The front desk staff are always so welcoming, professional, and helpful, they go above and beyond to make residents feel at home and taken care of. Management is equally amazing: responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything runs smoothly. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve handled it quickly and with a great attitude. It really feels like they care about creating a positive community here. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live at Union West, between the amenities, the location, and the outstanding team, it’s easily one of the best buildings in the city!

My company has been the landscape vendor for Union West for a few years now and as my first year working with them, I can say it has been an absolute pleasure! They are very easy to work with, and you can tell they really care about the property. With their collaboration, we are able to continue beautifying the building whether that is with the seasonal flowers we install, re-imaging the landscaping around the building and on the patio, or the interior holiday decor!

Love living here! The staff is amazing—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The amenities (gym, pool, package lockers, and community spaces) and building hosted events make it absolutely worth it. The location is perfect, with everything I need within walking distance. Clean, safe, and super convenient. Highly recommend!

As a resident of this complex, I cannot speak more highly about the entire experience of living here. The buildings themselves (U Tower & W Tower) are kept in pristine shape and the amenities are extensive and well thought out. They recently added an herb garden that residents may easily access located between outdoor grills and recreational areas which I felt was an incredibly nice touch. The Pet Spa, pool, business area, gym, top floor entertainment, storage facilities, and private access to Union Market provide elevated living in the city while yielding far more return on the rent we pay monthly.
