Danielle is great management! She has been very responsive and helpful, I’m so grateful she was able to hold the unit for me. Looking forward to the 4th of July front row seats!

Beautiful apt but unfortunately nothing gets done due to agents assigned to this property.I booked a tour and Danielle no showed.. the lack of professionalism is clear. Don’t bother driving here and booking a tour because unfortunately you will waste your time.

I lived on the bottom floor for a short period. It's a quiet area on a dead-end, one-way street. All the neighbors were super friendly, but I certainly did not enjoy hearing everything that they were doing through the ceiling and walls. I had the heat running 24/7 in the winter/early spring due to awful insulation. They gave me a door seal and told me to fix the draft myself. Water/sewer and garbage dumpster costs are divided equally among each resident and very expensive. Common grounds/yard/property are not maintained. Coin-op only shared laundry room (one washer/ dryer for 6 units).
