I had a great experience touring Union Terminal. Sheldon was extremely nice, welcoming, and very informative throughout the whole process. He answered all of my questions and made the tour feel relaxed and comfortable instead of rushed. You can tell he really cares about helping people find the right place. I’m honestly surprised when people describe Neha the Apartment Manager as nice. I’m a very straightforward person and I speak from my experience. Since moving to Terminal Warehouse, my interactions with her have felt consistently unfair and lacking compassion. Recently, I lost my mother whom I had not seen in 10 years, which has been extremely difficult for me. I communicated my situation respectfully regarding my apartment, but the response I received felt very cold and dismissive. I understand there are rules and obligations, but residents also deserve basic kindness and understanding, especially when they are willing to cooperate and resolve issues responsibly.

Summer & Neha were amazing. Summer’s professionalism and kindness were top-notch. We went to multiple apartment tours and I was blown away by Summer’s dedication that we decided UTW would be the better option long-term. The apartment is definitely niche and built for artists and creatives. Plenty of units to choose from and the application process was seamless. Great parking, ideal location for people who love the downtown/Riverside neighborhood. 10/10 would recommend and were extremely excited to move in soon.
