Union Station Apartments

I've been at Union Station apartments for about 2 years now in 2 different apartments and have been very impressed with the management as well as Misty. As a first time apartment owner they made the process so easy and transparent as well if I have any maintenance issues they are quick to handle them for me. (Attached are some photos of how clean it was when I first moved in).

I’ve had a great experience at Union Station Apartments. First off the unit was spotless and absolutely beautiful. The entire move-in process was smooth, and I really appreciate the help I received from Misty and Brooke. They were professional, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was ready for me on day one. If you’re looking for a place where the staff actually follows through, this is it.

I’ve absolutely loved living here! The community is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents — any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently. The amenities are always in great condition, and the common areas are spotless. My neighbors are friendly, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. Parking is convenient, and the location is perfect — close to everything I need but still quiet enough to feel like home. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

I have lived here for 3 years and have my experience from day one and Misty Mullins made sure everything was up to par once I moved in and checked on me to see how things were going. All of the maintenance people are friendly and attentive, especially Andrew and Chuck. It feels like family along with the other office personnel Brooke and Danielle. Union Station is also pet friendly and kid friendly with a dog park and swing sets for kids. I would definitely recommend anyone to live in this diverse community.

I do not recommend Union Station, especially for families. My apartment has extreme mold, which was visibly present and confirmed during inspection. Despite this, the maintenance supervisor repeatedly downplayed the severity of the situation. He was dismissive throughout the process and was overheard disregarding the condition of my home while my son was present inside the apartment, which was both inappropriate and upsetting. In my opinion, the maintenance supervisor shows favoritism and does not treat all residents equally. Concerns about health and safety were met with defensiveness rather than urgency or accountability. Union Station offered to relocate my family to a third-floor unit, despite knowing I have four children. This was not a reasonable or compassionate solution. Even mo
