Union Pointe Apartments

The apartments themselves are spacious, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. What truly sets this place apart though, is the exceptional maintenance team. The technician, Ryan is incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents needs. From minor issues to major ones, he is always willing to help, and he does it with a smile! This complex should be grateful for such an amazing staff!

This apartment complex is so very nice. The amenities are great and the apartments themselves are clean and modern. What really tips the scales though is the staff. I haven’t met a single person who works here who isn’t genuinely kind. Ryan in maintenance is so considerate and thorough. He fixes whatever is happening or replaces it as soon as he possibly can. Oh, and his follow up is awesome! You know the status of your request at all times. Kol in the front office is literally sunshine personified. She is always smiling and will not hesitate to go out of her way to help. She and Megan will both focus on you and what you need without ever making you feel like a burden. Lived here for 10 months so far and love it. The office staff is incredible— so warm and helpful. The amenities are great, the pool is so so nice. You’re really getting a luxury apartment feel for such a reasonable price. I cannot recommend these apartments enough.

Lived here for about 3 years and enjoyed it overall. Moved out due to moving to a different state for work. Apartments are quiet with only the occasional noise but is well within reason for an apartment complex. I think over the course of living there I only made one noise complaint. The last year it did start getting a bit pricy for me, and they do tack on fees and communal expenses that do seem to be a inflated. Maintenance is on top of everything. Whenever I had an issue they would respond very quickly and have things fixed. The buildings are in good condition, definitely built better than a lot of modern construction. A few cosmetic issues within the apartment (had some molding on the floor that was not even with the floor) but again nothing outrageous. Parking is very limited, so if y

By far the most uncomplicated rental experience I have ever had! Megan was a delight to work with. She answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed immediately. The apartment is stunning and the tech features make life so much easier. Could Not Be HAPPIER!
