He was very meticulous about making sure I fully understood all the fine details about buying my first home and if I had any questions at all he was always happy to provide me with the answers. If he wasn't able to answer the phone at the time of my call, he made sure to call me back in a timely fashion and that was greatly appreciated! I was asked to reword my review. I enjoyed working with Brian and Jason, they are easy to talk to. My first time working with UHM was because they were the only company I could find to finance a single wide trailer. I went from 2.5% up to 6.9%. They sold that mortgage to another company (Countrywide) without much notice or choice on my part. After the "pandemic" stuff started dying down, I wanted to refinance, again had to use UHM. The online app they wanted me to use for the process was not easy to use, many complications. It was not an easy process. Communication and the process was not that smooth and I did not come close to getting what I needed to get done with the refinance. So, if my needs were not exactly met and I paid them to do the refinance, why would I give more than 3 stars?
