Union Home Mortgage - Fredericksburg

This week I closed on my very first home at 23 thanks to Jenny Books. What makes this even more meaningful is that this has been an ongoing process for about eight months. I originally put in my offer back in July and throughout that time there were a lot of moving parts and challenges along the way. When I first started this journey, I was actually working with another mortgage company and unfortunately did not have the best experience. That is when I decided to switch lenders and go with Union Home Mortgage, and from that point on everything truly began to unfold beautifully. OUTSTANDING customer service and we were blessed with a fantastic loan officer that communicated effectively and explained in detail in a way we could understand. After a failed attempt with a national brand our loan officer helped us to keep moving forward and then the work through the home we closed on… I can’t recommend any more higher than this company and we’re thankful. My honest review is, Chrissy stood up for us when we needed standing up for. She watched out for us and really put in the hard work. She became a really good friend to us and we are very thankful that we went with Chrissy at UHM. When we had any questions she made sure to get back to us. Heck she even gave us updates faster than clayton homes. She didn't mind listening to our worries and would put our minds to ease. As first time buyers we had no clue what we was doing and Chrissy and Jennifer really made sure we understood and walked us through everything. If we had to do it again I'd go with them every time.
