This has been the BEST experience ever! 1st time BUYERS & I'm a US Army Disabled Veteran! Easier proces than renting. Although we did the footwork in finding the home 🏡 everyone worked together as a team behind the scenes logistically, even if it wasn't always pleasant with another realator & the seller😉! My overall experience with UHM was incredible! This was my first time purchasing a home, and they made the process so easy. Eugene and his team were so thorough and responsive, yet got the job done so fast! I could not have asked for a better experience.

I don't recommend this mortgage lender . We originally used them for USDA. We got denied but had limited communication with Eugene he never called only sent emails. Just horrible communication. Spoke to the supervisor Lance and he was informative , we waitied a few months and followed up with Lance. My husbands credit score increased by over 100 points since the last inquiry . He is currently over the minimum threshold of 620 that Lance stated . Lance stated that we should be good to go but that he wasn't able to complete our application due to him not being licensed in South Carolina so he passed it over to Joy.
