Toured this place and I can truly say that it’s a beautiful property. What made the experience exceptional was Jeremy. He was friendly and knowledgeable and easy to talk business to. I felt very comfortable talking through the leasing and application process with him and he kept it REAL. Not to mention, this property is VERY chic and modern plus it has amenities that are welcoming for newcomers. I’d recommend Jeremy and Union Green for anyone in the market.

I toured Union Green yesterday with Jeremy, and I felt at home almost immediately just from speaking with him. He was extremely helpful and never made me feel like he was just trying to sell me something. He explained everything thoroughly, and every question I asked was answered right away with clear, detailed information. I really appreciated that I was able to tour the exact unit I applied for. And that I’ll be the first person to live in that unit. The amenities are amazing—I’ve never seen a complex that includes personal WiFi, which is a huge plus. Valet trash being included is another great bonus. The hallways were clean, the community felt quiet, and I love that the complex is newly built. I would not recommend living here to anyone. I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the management team here. Communication is consistently poor — emails and calls often go unanswered, and when responses do come, they lack clarity or follow-through. It feels extremely difficult to get straightforward information or updates about concerns. Interactions with the assistant manager have also been frustrating. Instead of addressing issues constructively, conversations often come across as dismissive or condescending. There seems to be little accountability when problems arise, and responsibility is frequently shifted elsewhere rather than resolved. Even basic customer service feels lacking. I toured this property today and OMG this property is a hidden gem! The entire staff is super friendly and eager to assist. To tour an apartment and be introduced to the entire team made me feel welcome. Jeremy, Crystal, Whittnay, Uriel, LaShun, Dwayne, and Eric made me feel right at home. I can’t wait to move in!!!
