Union Court Townhomes & 55+ Apartments

I've been here 3 years now and I'm very happy with the place. I feel comfortable here and out of all our managers, Veronica is the best one. Her door is always open and she always has an ear to listen to us. I love it here and I would love to keep calling Union Court home!

I contacted Union Court Senior apartments twice by phone and left messages inquiring about apartment availability. I also submitted an online request form. I never received a response. For a senior living community, I expected at least a basic level of customer service. Not returning phone calls or online inquiries is disappointing and unprofessional. I’ve decided to take them off my list due to no communication.

Thank you for all you do, and your consideration for each of your tenants. I'm a caregiver who frequently visit clients that reside on 2 other Bear Properties, and the inconsistent management is interesting.

My mother has been here a year and she loves her apartment. She loves being in this secured facility. Has met some good friends. The staff including the maintenance works are very helpful. Irene the office manager is very professional and returns calls or emails in a timely manner. She has a lot of patience when he comes to working with senior population. Great asset. Union Court Apartments is in a great location. Grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, and shopping center are close by.

Wonderful place to live! Even my dog loves it here!
