I see all these extremely negative comments, Chris is very helpful and responsive, I've seen no roaches nor any mold! Now there are the occasional tenants yelling, but that's the only real negative thing here!

You let a dog bite me and do nothing about it. See you soon... and what you did to Brandon after you evicted him and LET EVERYONE SEE HIS APARTMENT TO HUMILIATE HIM WAS WRONG AND YOU SHOULD BE PUNISHED... plus you charged me 50 bucks for wat? I left that place cleaner than when you shoved me in the basement after lying to me about upstairs

Givin the wrong room. Got a different one was not talk about the cockroach infestation that’s been going on for 6 years and that sums up the place.

I have recently moved in a week ago. All apartment needs are met. The day I moved in few things needed attending to. They were quickly met by maintenance within a timely manner. The environment is quiet clean and not noisy. Staff they are hard working will answer questions and communication is easy. All can be done and answered online. Rent payment maintenance requires is a big plus. And of course you can go up to the office in person. Kind polite professional management. This is the place to be if your looking for a quiet place to call home. I did and don’t even think twice. Come see for yourself.
