I moved in this past Monday and couldn’t be happier with my decision. I moved from Virginia for work and had to do everything virtually but the best leasing agent Hannah, made my experience so smooth and detailed. She sent me videos and answered all the millions of questions i had without hesitation. The best part is that the amenities are always fully available including the beautiful warm pool that felt like my own. The location is top tier as it is close to EVERYTHING within a walking distance like Wynwood, Design District, Edgewater which has a beautiful park with views of the biscayne bay which is an 11 minute walk away. It is close to so many shops, cafes and restaurants and Publix is around the corner. The lobby is always spotless and smells like a hotel. Security is here 24/7 and t

This is truly a wonderful place to live. A very cozy complex with amazing amenities, but the most important part here is the incredible work of the management team. Erving, Hannah, and Itala are true professionals — always responsive, quick to understand any situation, and able to resolve everything as efficiently as possible. After years of living in South Florida and experiencing different new buildings, this has been the best team I’ve encountered. The building itself is very convenient and functional. There were some issues with the ventilation system, but as far as I know, they have finally been resolved. The area is a bit noisy, but that’s just how it is when you live in downtown. I also want to highlight the security team — amazing people, especially Alan and Michael. Always atten

The elevators are ALWAYS down. As soon as one is back up after being out of service for MONTHS, ANOTHER ONE goes out of service. It’s been like that since October 2025, not even two years after the building opened. And guess what. Today, 2 out of the 3 elevators are down. Including one that was recently repaired (allegedly). When I ask management about this, they blame it on the repair company. They say that the repair company never shows up, or that they are waiting on a piece. Maybe hire a DIFFERENT contractor? Just a thought. And they call this building “Luxury Rentals” LOL. They are laughing in our faces. They don’t take accountability for anything and always blame some other conveniently unaccountable party. We did not have running water for almost 3 days in November on Thanksgiving

Units are small but clean as the building is less than 2 years old. Some of them have really nice views. building is clean overall though could use a fresh paint job on the scuff marks on all the walls. Amenities area is nice. I would have given it a 5 star but Hannah in the leasing office thinks it’s a high school and constantly mumbles negative things about residents to other residents. 100% she will tell your business to your neighbors. People were constantly getting evicted I would always see notices on peoples doors idk why I guess people don’t pay their rent in miami.

I wouldn’t trust them. You do not get a month for free. They just upped the rent and then tell you you’re getting a month for free. I would offer 2420 monthly then all of a sudden I talk to somebody else she was trying to charge me 2700 for pretty much a studio, but then the actual studio itself cost less but have more square feet. lol Nobody cares if it’s a new building. Charging 2700 for 500 ft.² is insane. It’s much more places, Then wouldn’t refund me that fee application when they didn’t give it to me and the time announced when I have it in text message and the price difference
