They will milk you for first month, last month and deposit for rental property. But when you return the property in better than provided conditions they will charge you hundreds of dollars to avoid paying you money. They will refuse to explain. They will lie and ignore your request to communicate. Avoid them at all cost. I wish there was negative stars.
