Uncommon Fort Collins

I recently toured Uncommon in Fort Collins and had a great experience. The staff was professional, welcoming, and made the tour feel relaxed and informative. The gym is awesome and really well-equipped, and the coffee/lounge space is such a nice touch—perfect for studying or working from home. I also loved how close the property is to Old Town; the location is super convenient and walkable. Overall, Uncommon made a great first impression and definitely stands out as a place I’d consider living.

Lived here for 4 years and had a great experience. Management team and staff were all very kind and communication was great. I was lucky to have a balcony unit and the view is Incredible. I also love that their gym has a rock climbing wall I could use.

I would advise staying far away from renting at The Uncommon in Fort Collins. The location is solid. But the management and office are unhelpful and in fact can hinder and outright harm your stay there. Gym has old equipment much of which doesn't work well or at all. With so many other options I'd advise looking elsewhere.

I love Uncommon! It’s a wonderful apartment community that truly values connection through community events and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and supportive. Daniela who assisted me was so nice and helpful.

I had a great tour at Uncommon Apartments — everything was clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful and were able to provide all the information about the move-in process and leasing that I needed!
