My lease was from 3/2019-2/2020 .. i paid my balance to zero 1/07/2020 and informed them that i was not renewing my lease.. upon me checking case net they put an eviction in my name with a filing date of 6/2020 stating i owe them $7000 then updating it to $9000! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM

They don’t tell you if the place you stayed 5 years ago is vacant now that that counts as you having no rental history even if you have your receipts. Good way to make money without having to actually rent the place. If I’m paying you $70 each to check my history you are being paid to do leg work too. The history is valid your attempts to contact the previous owners wasn’t.

Since the switch, I've had a great experience with you all. Issues prior to the switch most have been resolved. The technicians that have been sent out, has resolved first time. So far, I'm pleased.
