Uhop Listings embodies incompetence and inefficiency as an organization. It is worth noting, that they are unable to utilize Gmail, despite their insistence on obtaining all essential information via emails. Their lack of effective communication, urgency, and time management skills is nothing short of inexcusable. It was truly frustrating to witness their workers conveniently being "on vacation" or "out of the office" whenever it is convenient for them, effectively covering up for their sluggish pace and lack of progress. Spare yourself the anguish and frustration by exploring alternative options that prioritize the value of your time. Indeed, Uhop Listings has unequivocally proven themselves untrustworthy, and I strongly advise against engaging with their "services."

There is a massive amount of miscommunication between the local office and federal office, and the renter. It's taken 5+ weeks for us to get a concrete decision on weather or not we could move in, and they denied us. On top of that we were never told about it, so we've been emailing, texting, and calling, almost every week, only to be denied at the last minute. I do not recommend this place especially if you are trying to get moved in a timely manner. Management is an absolute joke.

Lived in a property of theirs for over a year now, the elevator hasn’t worked for more than half that time. I bet if someone from uhop lived here, it would be addressed. Absolutely ZERO communication from anyone involved. Pathetic.

The women who run this are terrible. They were unprofessional, verbally abusive, and unorganized. Please find another place to be, for your sake.
